We aim to provide a positive experience with every service we deliver. Because our services involve customized research, writing, editing, and creative work, refund requests are reviewed according to the terms of this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

ACN SCRIBE LLC may provide refunds for eligible custom content, copywriting, ghostwriting, or other digital services following a review of the request.

Refund approval is subject to the circumstances of the project, work already completed, resources used, and the applicable terms of the purchase. Refunds are not automatically guaranteed and may be granted at the discretion of ACN SCRIBE LLC.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Eligible new service purchases may qualify for a 30-day money-back guarantee.

If you are dissatisfied with an eligible service, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase and explain the reason for your refund request.

The guarantee does not apply to services, work, or expenses specifically identified as non-refundable under this policy.

Depending on the circumstances and original payment method, the refund may be issued to the original payment method or provided as an account credit where applicable.

• Third-party fees or expenses

Third-party services may also be subject to the refund policies of the respective providers.

7. Custom Content and Ghostwriting Services

Because B2B content marketing, SaaS copywriting, and executive ghostwriting involve customized research and content creation, refund eligibility may be affected once work has commenced.

Once ACN SCRIBE LLC has begun researching, writing, editing, or producing customized deliverables for a Client, any potential refund may be reduced or denied based on the amount of work already completed and resources invested.

8. Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel a service or project, please contact us as soon as possible.

If work has already started, the amount of any potential refund may be affected by:

• Work already completed
• Research and preparation performed
• Writing or editing completed
• Resources and time allocated to the Project
• Third-party expenses
• Deliverables already provided

Cancellation does not automatically qualify the Client for a full refund.

9. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact ACN SCRIBE LLC with:

• Your full name
• Email address used for the purchase
• Order or transaction details
• Name of the service purchased
• Date of purchase
• Reason for the refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed before a final decision is made.
